TEAM GETSHOOK is a leading premiere basketball organization servicing the Northwest Metro and Twin Cities communities. We are committed to the success of the youth and we take great PRIDE in helping develop the basketball skills necessary to achieve individual and team growth  boys and girls need to be successful on the court at every step of the way. If you have a desire to improve, then no matter what your skill level is, TEAM GETSHOOK has a team and a solution that is right for you to play and improve.

In addition to providing an opportunity for boys and girls teams in grades 3 through 11 to play basketball at a highly competitive level, GetShooksports intends to identify and pursue the top youth basketball players in the state of MN for our traveling teams. Our goal is to increase the visibility of basketball at the national level and to assist our Elite teams by providing College scholarship opportunities and exposure.  The U.S.S.A, Adidas grassroots basketball series, National Championships, and tournaments will provide the competitive play and exposure our organization, players and parents can expect.   

The Winning Solution:

 It all starts with you. For that reason, you can rest assure that GetShook’s teams will be coached by experienced and talented individuals who exhibit outstanding teaching, communication and leadership skills. Coaches will generally have extensive college, high school or coaching experience. All coaches will be required to acknowledge and sign a “Code of Conduct and Ethics” statement prior to coaching in the program. All coaches in the program will have the athletes well-being in mind at all times and will be expected to be mentors as well as instructors.  For various events our coaches will have to become NCAA certified to participate in these basketball tournaments.  This is another layer to ensure that coaches and organizations are in compliance and providing a win- win solution for the student athlete.

Additional program objectives include:

- Upper level traveling teams will play a rigorous tournament schedule that emphasizes competition against the top youth teams Nationally. The program will also place a high emphasis on participation in high-profile events that are heavily attended by college coaches.
