Don Ferguson founded Team GetShook in 2009 and currently serves as the Executive Director of Team GetShook's basketball organization. He graduated from Moorhead State University with a double major BS degree in Muisc and Multi - Media. Mr. Ferguson played four years of college basketball and was an All - Conference NSIC selection and was the 5th leading scoring in the NSIC Conference averaging 19.2 ppg. He is committed to building a sports and marketing platform for young boys and girls who wish to seek opportunities to play competitive basketball and become college student athletes.

Coach Tate enters his 6th year of High School level coaching and 8 year of youth sports. Coach Tate was the Sophomore Boys Assistant Coach this year at Armstrong after 4 previous years of coaching the Freshman Girls for the Falcons. Coach Tate at the Youth Level dedicates himself to an aggresive style of coaching on and off the court always preaching to never let any obsticle get in your way of your goal. The past 3 years Coach Tate has lead his youth teams to 30+ win seasons. Coach Tate was a 3 sport letterman in High School Participating in Track, Basketball and Football. Coach Tate held All-Conference honors in all three. Coach Tate went on to play collegic, Arena and Semi - Pro Football before hanging them up to get involved with Coaching.
